Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) frame your access to and use of OPLANTIA's AI recruitment platform, APIs, and associated software (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the Services, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by invited team members within your Workspace.

3. Use of the Services

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of our AI models and parsing engines.
• Using the automated sequencing and outreach tools to send unsolicited spam or violate the terms of third-party platforms (like LinkedIn or email providers).
• Using the platform to discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected class.

API Usage Limits

Access to the OPLANTIA data network is subject to fair use limits based on your subscription tier to ensure stability. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that maliciously execute high-volume scrapining against our infrastructure.

4. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method according to the billing cycle selected (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly required by law.

5. Intellectual Property rights

OPLANTIA retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our proprietary algorithms, agent behavior logic, and aggregated datasets. You retain complete ownership of all candidate data, resumes, and communications you upload into your Workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPLANTIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any AI-generated scoring and outreach.
