Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 24, 2025

At OPLANTIA (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users and their candidates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our associated application and website.

1. Information We Collect

Data Provided by You

When you register for an OPLANTIA workspace, we collect information that identifies you personally, including your name, email address, corporate billing details, and company information.

Data Collected via Intergrations

As an AI recruiting operating system, OPLANTIA integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and WhatsApp) on your behalf. We collect and parse data from these platforms, which may include applicant resumes, public professional profiles, multi-channel messaging histories, and calendar availability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain securely the OPLANTIA platform.
  • Power our AI-driven candidate matching and scoring engines.
  • Automate sequence delivery and manage your Unified Inbox.
  • Improve our proprietary machine learning models (aggregated, anonymized data only).
  • Process transactions and send related billing information.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or your candidates' data to third-party data brokers. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Vercel), email delivery services, and LLM API providers necessary to operate the platform.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law to comply with a valid subpoena or court order.

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Workspaces administrators can manage most of these requests directly within the Platform settings. For candidate data removal requests, please direct individuals to your organization's privacy team, as OPLANTIA acts as a Data Processor.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption, continuous monitoring, and strict access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
